There is no cheats included in that torrent at all, and its this same sa-mp as its on sa-mp.com download page.

Sube la version del samp que descargaste usando el uploadffs.com con un nombre raro para q nadie lo descarge al azar, y postea el link del archivo aqui, los admins lo probaran y si es verdad ese bug q dices te unbanean.
