Completely missed the point. His name was used by sacky along with fraudster which was completely unfounded, so many people then started insulting him and accusing him of stuff he hasnt done. If he goes for a job and someone googles his name and they see that it actually damages his chance of getting a job and will forever brand him for something which was bs.
That was ONE of the reasons he closed it
I'm not getting that deep into this shit, ACE and I have a point he made the software and then, didn't wanna be associated with it anymore.
Back and forth back and forth, the same thing. That's the all-in-all point, then weither all of the times are to be blamed on someone called Sacky, GamerX, Fraudster, or w/e it doesn't matter.
He should still make up his mind and stick to it, since the site is still down I assume he's made his choice.
From what i've read/forums i think NB have the code - but one prob with them/anyone releasing it:
"So please respect our copyright and license and do not distribute any of our files"
I guess 2.5 (cracked or not) would be Kye's, and releasing it would be copyright infringment, and would break several intelectual property right laws
He has automatically given them the right to use his work if/by sending them the code, so now he cannot say:
"Oh I've changed my mind, don't use this code" He should've thought about that before he sent it.
