The staff helps me monitor players and they give me their recommendations of their top 3. Based on the results I make a conclusion of the winner. :)

I don't think so, Its Positive PLAYER promotion, not Staff. This should be only for players.

Im glad to see how many players are siked for this :> and I want you all to know that we do discuss who we think are currently good players atm. We try not to pick those who are already donators so that everyone has a chance ,but like i said every player has a equal chance :).
