[NEW] Race and vehicle system.

N1GHTMARE has been working on a couple of scripts for LW's which are in the testing phase.
As we were testing them, we had the idea to share the new scripts with you guys.
I haven't taken a screenshot of everything yet and haven't provided a lot of information since this is just a teaser ^&^.

NOTE: Nightmare, if you're introducing virtual world racing therefore no ruiners, ya need to implement an anti airbreak script coz people will AB the shit outta it when they can't see other racers
