VC:MP Files "04rel003" & "04rel004"

Hey Guys
There is a big problem in VC:MP. sometime we re-install the game(VC:MP) Setup, after re-install we occur some problem, of files the files name is 04rel004 and 04rel003 Cause of bad internet we can't  download these files and it's show you this kind of error ""Loading to failed"

So there I provide links of VC:MP files

Just Extract these files into The folder of "Vice city multiplayer"
