and I dont see any reason why need to jail me for 6weeks even if I were speeding coz that couldnt hurt nobody

okay, so now you imagine I did it first
and below is some reasonable explanation:

1. LOGAN was asking me for taxi service, but couldnt find him coz he didnt even spawned that time, and as you know me VCTaxiDriver always want to provide AA+ taxi service, so really got no choices so really need to speed up a bit

2. people offen asked me for faster taxi service, the customers, the market asked for faster service, so every speedy cars needs a test and so was testing it while looking for LOGAN

3. another reason that I think that it shouldnt be 6weeks that long is that 'report' of LOGAN's, he got his evidence via faking me, via using the trust I gave to him, I thought he was my frd but what I know now is he thought me was a swine
