Hey there @Louay, I know it's annoying to face a wrongful ban. First I would like you to try some few things out before I'm going to dig deeper.

Alright, here is what you've to do :
-Restart your router/modem.
-Check if you're still facing the wrongful ban.
-Let us know the result in here.

Try to connect now. If you still aren't able to connect to the server would you mind providing me a screenshot, it would be helpful to solve this case.
