Extra notes:What death evades? the last time I played was Saturday and I did not do any death evade and if something like that I have problems with fps sometimes because on the pc where I am playing from time to time when I start many processes and a few caught and I take kick. and when I was afk there was no one near me when I came back it had been kicked by fps. and had no ban. sorry for the english I am learning.

Hmm, I don't remember banning you, but in general I would never ban a player for evade unless I was 100% positive.

As far as your problem with getting kicked for running too many programs goes - stop doing that. It looks bad and you will get banned accidentally because it will look to us like you are getting kicked intentionally and death evading.

I believe your ban was legitimate, but as of this date (8/31) you should be unbanned anyway. Try to be more careful in the future
