OK, this is sufficient evidence to sway my opinion. Unbanned.

Now that we know about this bug, I advise that players don't try to recreate it, especially on ledges where the player side hitbox is not shootable, as this may lead to the player being reported, and without 2 sided video evidence like this, it may lead to action being taken on that player.

VC:MP devs won't be fixing this, they let the current version go out with the punch bug, and haven't done anything to fix that yet.

Sorry that your ban was ultimately undeserved, though in the absence of any evidence contrary to my own video, I believe that I made the right decision at the time.
