I'm curious, what is the main role of a 6 star? What does it do to you if you have a 6 star?...

Actually it does nothing at the moment.
I don't want to say anything wrong but i think Sinom planned sumthing about this.
But for now, all you can do is saying stuff like:
"I got 6 stars. PWNT bitches!!!11!"
