I think its not possible to do animated pics with png format. So they are not allowed.


edit. Animated png is completely different file format, apng (i wasnt even aware of such file format  ???), but rules tell the pics must be png.

Oh woops, sorry about this folks but the winner may take a while before being announced. This is due to us having to co-ordinate between all the admin teams however the SA-MP Banner should be announced soon.
