Yes but 0.3.7 RC4 is not released officially, and most of the people are still stuck on 0.3Z, which is resulting in low player count

Before installing this version. I was able to took screen shots. But after installing iam unable to take screenshots :(

I think i'm still seeing it happening sometimes,but it doesnt seem to happen as often as before though.

From where should i reinstall it?
Find the directory of your installation(basically disc/folder where you installed your GTA SA),and then all you gotta do is to completely remove it(check every single folder to make sure you deleted it properly such as %appdata%(Roaming)).

If you're having issues with the kill/death list get the optional RC 4-2 client update: http://team.sa-mp.com/037RC/sa-mp-0.3.7-RC4-2-install.exe
