As for rulebreakers, i personally suggest pming an admin or contacting one of them on our IRC channel (in case nobody from staff is ingame). Proof is necessary if you want the player banned quickly, otherwise admins can't be sure of making final decision if they don't receive any pictures/videos of a player breaking server rules in the first place.
