jesus christ, calm down you all, please.

[23:13] <@IHateTurtles> ***[3D]Jibin(21) killed Jayce(27) (Helicopter Blades; 100.00 health, 100.00 armour left)
[23:14] <@IHateTurtles> *** [3D]Jibin(21) killed [V]Aryan(38) (Helicopter Blades; 100.00 health, 100.00 armour left)
[23:14] <@ILikeTurtles> *** [3D]Jibin(21) killed Myle(34) (Helicopter Blades; 100.00 health, 100.00 armour left)
[23:18] <@ILoveTurtles> *** [3D]Jibin(21) killed Myle(34) (Helicopter Blades; 100.00 health, 100.00 armour left)
[23:20] <@ILoveTurtles> *** [3D]Jibin(21) killed [JOKER]Playa(48) (Helicopter Blades; 100.00 health, 100.00 armour left)
[23:22] <@ILoveTurtles> *** [3D]Jibin (ID: 21) died.
[23:22] <@IHateTurtles> [27] Jayce: rest in peace

so I just checked my IRC logs, so here are Jibin's points: Killed Jayce + 1 | Killed [V]Aryan +1 | Killed Myle +1 | Killed [JOKER]Playa +1 |

it's 4 points in total, you killed Myle twice but the second kill won't be counted, and yes, I wasn't able to check last night when you asked me.

Jibin, I read your post with whole interest and I do agree with you about playa's little mistakes. and I also agree with you about being frustrated, but please, chill out a bit, he's alone doing all the stuff which requires a lot of experience. He's still hosting events after all his real life problems and I am very thankful to him for that, please try to chill out a bit and see it from playa's point of view.

I am going to be very honest here, LWW was about to be cancelled this year, because nobody of us got free time to host it and playa was the one who we find most dedicated towards hosting LWW, and we decided to give him a chance and he's doing quite well till now.

Everyone makes mistake, people. Please try to ignore it and appreciate their work instead of criticizing them for their work, it's very depressing.

Playa won't be getting paid for hosting events or anything, he's just hosting them for you, yes, you the players of littlewhiteys, to make the ending of summer fun for you and some memorable moments.

regarding those minigun kills, I'd see it as a prank as seeing it from logs posted by Jayce. but if you're not good with this, I'd advise playa to stop it.

I would like to request you all in a very humble way, please try to take it easy, playa is new to stuff and mistakes are expected, please be patient enough and try to ignore all his little mistakes and have fun. :)

I'd like to remind you all the main motive of Littlewhiteys Weeks, it's having fun. Please try to have fun instead of pointing out every small mistakes. :)

May I add, quating something and reply with a simpel "  ;D "is counted as spam, therefor probably deleted by some admin/manager.

.....
Aye i get it Its fine even i ignored the fact that he is new to this and he is not having that much experience with admin cmds and stuff.
I really appreciate Playa's dedication to host this events and the time he is spending for it. Ya maybe he was right that he is not a bot to do everything along, i haven't seen any admin helping him either.

@Playa: Good job bro  ;) , thanks a lot for taking this responsibility. You are doing things pretty good. Keep up the good work  :)

And about the minigun kill: Its fine, i don't really mind admins abusing cmds  :P. After all it was just a Prank  ;D

I still remember how the very first LWW '11 greatly failed:

Die ganze mühe ist umsonst. //translation: all the effort is for nothing
pretty desperate attempt to fill the server.
Still waiting for nuff ppl to begin events ???
EPIC connection problems
The WW-Day failed. Wasn't enough players online
Madness day is over. It failed. No Madness events where hosted at all
In my eyes most of that here is a big fail because you never realy thought about the events u wanna start here...
A/D day over without any A/D happened.
Ok, special events sunday 1 failed, but that was partly my fault too.
Guys (admins), i said it before and i'll say it again, you have my full permission to host these events even when i'm not online.
This isn't for me, this is for the fun.
Ps. looking forward to make this a yearly event. Anyone objections? :D
I object

I hosted the first LWW ever in 2011 when i still was a mortal player, just one year after i joined. It was ment to be an event hosted by the entire staff team of littlewhitey's - with admins taking force behind the events they liked the most so that every event would have an own host. In the end, only a couple of admins from the old team hosted some of the events, and many events simply didn't happen because there was nobody around with access to the group commands.

Also, the LWW 2011 spawned the first ever thought amongst the team about a dedicated 'event organizer' rank without admin rights but access to the group commands, brought up by jOjO only one week after the '11 LWW was announced. Five years later, we finally run the first test for this concept - and as partly expected it's working like the first LWW, because believe it or not experience is key in success of it, and experience doesn't come within just two weeks.

This madness was never from the start designed for one man alone to carry - yet every year for six years straight it ultimately ended up being mostly carried by one member. The result is always as ever devastating. For participants the LWW maybe looks like fun - but for the host it's harder work than a full-time job in a metal turnery. But, nobody who did not host it himself ever believes any of it when i say that this event is practically a suicide attempt for the host.

Repercussions of hosting the LWW are, as so far witnessed:
  • destruction of sleep cycle, insomnia;
  • weight gain, shortness of breath;
  • bloodshots/-clots, circulatory disorders;
  • Angina pectoris;
  • loss of social contacts, quarrel among family;
  • depression;
  • exmatriculation from current field of study.

You may not notice from the outside but from the first event on, the host is slowly starting to die, until the two weeks are finally over. And i'm not even exaggerating, my very own experiences as LWW host are part of the reason i gave the torch away to the younger generation.

If you can't feel inclined to like the events or the host or whatever, at least have a bit of respect for the human who stands behind this, who is willing to possibly slowly massacre himself for your fun and entertainment. Whoever takes on this job is willing to sacrifice himself for the community, knowingly to get nothing out of it but misery, and deserves our heartiest gratitude for that mere fact alone.
