I have two friends who are twins.. Both play VCMP specifically LWS..

My question is that if one of them get banned for some reason, then what about the other?? Will he be able to play or he will also get banned??

They must try to not break the rules. Because the player A if he gets a ban, they must wait for their time of ban finish.  They can make an unban appeal. But it is I Impossible to unban the player because his brother did not do anything wrong in server. Ban will be for both of them.

lol if they are using same router for sure both will be banned but after restarting router there isn't any ban for 2nd one. and thats it

nop, The ban system in LW is from UID, the real "name of your PC" you can use the same IP and don't get ban, but if you play with 2 accounts in the same PC, the 2 players will get ban.
