Removing your vegetation is allowed, as of now at least. This is solely because there's absolutely no way for us to make sure if you're having your tree leaves there or not. We can't see your end of the screen to check it, we can't access your game files to check it. We could ask you for a screenshot but how easy is it to temporarily replace the images inside the file. We have absolutely no control over the changes you guys make to your texture files. If we were to set a rule against this, some players would continue using it anyway and there is not damn thing we could do about it. Both allowing and disallowing have their good and bad sides, I'm just going for the lesser bad.
