Title: SA-MP Server: Moving IRC channels to FFSNetwork.com

irc.ffsnetwork.com
#lw.samp - Discussion channel
#lw.echo - Echo channel

Theres a lot of differences. Most of them are in relation to running the echos, but there are a lot of benefits for normal users as well. For a start, /ns ajoin.

We were in GameSurge before FFSNet, not GTANet
omg scott u fail u noob the irc was in gtanet .... it went from gamesurge then to gtanet and last samp irc...
