Suspected method of cheat/exploit/rule break used: Alf_pro ban evade

Additional information: When he was connected from pakistan with that nick, then I thought he is alf_pro because I know that he always used nicks like that. Then I asked to him that you're alf? Then he said yes im alf but don't tell to anyone else.
