Off the top of my head, personally, I really like the whole soundtracks of the following movies (except Heat, where the Moby song is the only one I really remember, but hey.. at least we got 2 Moby songs in here now :P):

Le Fabuleux Destin d'Amélie Poulain
Trainspotting
Vanilly Sky
Heat
Sunshine

And I absolutely agree with the Back To The Future main score Quickplay. Equally epic as the Rocky Theme.

Fast five has good sound track and it's similar parts were too good with best action scenes.
