Also for evading, we shouldnt instantly ban someone permanently for evading a ban, since players often evade to try and find out why they were banned.

Maybe I haven't understood this very well but, when you ban someone, don't you tell him why he is banned? and if you don't, do you really think that the banned player has no right to at least know why he has been banned?

Yeah, but they should know that they can appeal their ban, here. And not join to the server to ask.

well players often evade to find out why or how they can appeal their ban (usually people that arent fluent in english)

But most the of the times, they only evade to continue to play.

Also some admins give the reason ''im done with it'' or some shit after giving a shitload of warnings, ive said Scott this a long time ago to don't give such reasons because some players dont understand english well so they dont know where they are banned for.

What about reset all? cause.. the bans before 2009 people forget about lw.. and some dont play anymore.. so why not put all bans of for now.. if they cheat then perm ban ..

Very true, if we want more players, things like unbanning players, inviting friends and spreading the word can help a little, but what the server does really need is more activities, events, races, etc.
