dont use skin modds in lw couse it not allowed
it allowed if u mod just the texture ****.txd
if not u should remove befor u get banned.

I dont think so as his dff didnt make him be bigger or faster or changed his HB in any way. It still looks like a normal ped. Which is allowed. Same for cars, weaps, etc.
