Plz help me out today I have joined the server and then it is showing

It's says it's downloading so I waited TOW hours but still not finished before it was not happend just now plz help out form this bugg

You're a hacker and the server anti-hacker script blocked you, that's why it won't download BUAHAHAHAHAHAHHAH!
Don't worry it's a joke. Anyway, try to delete the following folder : C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\VCMP\04beta\store\91.121.134.5-8192, after that try to connect to the server to download the files again and see if it works. Tip : Press Windows Key + R and type appdata, click OK, and you'll find yourself in the appdata folder. :P

Try to reinstall VC:MP.
After reinstalling the mod change the browser updater url to : http://u04.thijn.ovh

Weird.... try to restart your router/modem and try to connect again.
Do you have an anti-virus software? In case you've try to disable it and try again to connect to the server.

I suggest better upload files somewhere and make a new topic and post them there, so if anyone is facing downloading issue they can download it from there and it save alot of time.(I would have upload files but i haven't cleaned my pc it is full of virus )

Well, tell someone to give you these files ,I can't upload it for you as my files aren't protected it contain virus.
Better contact an staff member or someone else.
Well, never mind i have just now tested it seems like no virus has been found.(checked on this site https://www.virustotal.com)
Here is the link- https://files.fm/u/ac8tbcs7 (you can test it for virus its all good cleaned)
press ctrl + R then type appdata then open roaming folder>VCMP>Store and paste this there and yes replace it with that old files.

Reinstall your VC:MP not by deleting its folder, remove it from Control Panel-> Programs and Features or Add or Remove Programs -> Uninstall VC:MP 0.4 (remove only). And after that, again download VC;MP 0.4 and re-install it. And,

All of these above solutions have been suggested by me through PM, the problem is with his internet, it's too slow to download files with a speed of 6 kB/s - 10kB/s. He should either upgrade his internet package or he should contact the ISP(Internet Service Provider) to look into the issue if he's indeed receiving the service of the package he's currently on.

Suri bro it's not my internet fault I played on my brother pc and no problem I even played many server lws and vks and gangwar rpg server but no problem and my internet speed is now good it download fast every thing and it's nice It is the server problem but all the places it works no problem nothing just on pc how could this happen I think it's servers fault suri before I also downloaded files of lws and it downloaded like in 15 minutes so I don't what is the main problem suri can you remove this option of downloading files or maybe I have ban or something issues you can check maybe something wrong on server you should check it and see what is the main problem.

Simply, re-install your windows (don't backup your vcmp items). Install vcmp 0.4, then try Kelvin's method download the files and paste in where Kelvin said.
After all this change master list URL suggested by AltriZ.
It will work for sure. If it still doesn't work, then its pretty your internet issue.

Well, Today i just reinstalled my windows and I had the same issue I wasn't able to download files and i tried many way to fix it and then after trying many times finally i fixed it.
All i just did is installed vice city in a new local disk and haven't added any mods(like greenless/car mods etc) and then i was able to download files.
sorry for bumping old topics , i thought it will be useful for others.
I hope this will work others aswell.
