Extra notes: F**K   I'm download Widescreen mod ,Widescreen fronten mod , Silentpach ,Project2DX, OpenLimit Adjuster ,CLEO:Frame LimitAdjuster. it  is not  hack or  Modification.  l  fixed vc files and not work VCMP. SH*T

With that attitude your ban appeal is most likely going to be denied.  :-X
For some reasons I can't open that image, maybe due to its privacy or some other reason. I suggest to upload the image on imgur. Possible you've been using an asi/dll file which was detected by the server anti-cheat system and got automatically banned. All left to say now is to Install a clean copy of VC and wait for your ban to expire, then you may play again on the server.

Wait for a final decision by any management member.  :)

That picture on imgur isn't a clean installation of Vice City... you've got .asi files... .dll files that aren't the original.

Install a seperate clean copy of the game.
