Time and Date that you were banned: I don't remember, and I don't see it if I log in to the server, but I think it's been many years.
Suspected Reason (if any): Honestly, I don't remember but I think for the hack, I don't even see the reason when I log into the server. https://imgur.com/a/V1DhggY

Admin that banned you (if known): It doesn't show up and I've forgotten who.
Extra notes: I don't even know where to start. I think the most normal thing would be to apologize and promise that nothing from my past will happen again.

I think you need to use a clean copy of GTA:VC, and then you're able to play on littlewhitey's vc-mp server.
On edit: I'll leave this for the management to decide on your appeal.
