Suspected Reason (if any): Modified game files
IP Address: maybe (37.111.141.255)
PAC ID: 67277
Admin that banned you (if known): Alpays
Extra notes: I never used any modified file. But LW staff thinks my uid changed many times. I had installed my windows once a few days ago. But still it does not justify it. I am ready to download a clean version of GTA VC from suggested link. Please have mercy.  :-[

Denied. You can re-apply if there is anything that proves your innocence, but for now installing vice city from a 3rd party site doesn't justify you having cheats in your game folder.
