While there is no sign of racism (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Racism), his behaviour is intolerable and violates one of server's major rules which regulates the chat and communication between members of the community. He will be warned to tone it down and make sure the player thinks twice before writing down such words.

However, you've been around for long enough to know what kind of players you can expect to come across. This being a virtual (cruel) world, sometimes it's necessary to ignore what others say and learn to live with it. I thought family jokes were not a thing anymore, but this has proven me wrong. Also, you've gained quite a reputation over the years for provoking people which usually led to endless flamewars and arguments, so I sincerely suggest you avoid the bad habit in the future.  :)
