Server Rules
(A list of rules in which a player should play by)
Name rules:
- Names with only Characters (i.e _____ or [][][]) are not allowed. This is really just for your benifit these names are commonly used by cheaters so any admin will ban on sight. Action:Name violation kick / ban
- Racist Names: Anyone who joins with a racist name is a complete idiot anyway and this will not be allowed on the server. Action: Asked to change name If ignored kicked and warned again If ignored again BANNED - We will not tolorate ANY form of racisim names are not a way to get around it. You will not be unbanned
- Joining with Littlewhiteys name: No excuses to join with the owners name this is a ban on sight rule and it normally follows with a PERM ban so no chance of getting back on. Action:BAN ON SIGHT - LW does not use his name in the server for the simple reason to many people join with his name. Its simple, join with this name and you get a perm ban.
Obvious Rules
- Racism: Racism will not be tolerated, this is a EU server with many different people playing so dont make a arse out of yourself. This includes saying racist words no matter what race you are. Action: Warning If ignored banned - No chance of a unban, we do not need racist little kids on the server ruining it for everyone
- Flaming: Yes this is SA:MP meaning a major part of it is people dieing and complaining and even i (hard to believe) get angry but there is a limit. If you flame someone over and over abusing them in public and PM to the point where people are getting angry with YOU then you run the risk of spamming (see spamming). Action: Instant ban to 3 warnings then BAN depending on what you are saying - Admins decision is final
- Exploits: These range from car exploits to weapon exploits, if you see one DONT USE IT most exploits in game look like Trainers or cheats so an admin will ban you. (These involve Sawn-Off shotgun exploit, pause exploit, any ANYTHING which gives you a unfair advantage) Action: Depending on which one it ranges from warning to ban
- Cheating - NO! ANY DOWNLOAD WHICH GIVES YOU A ADVANTAGE OR OUTRIGHT CHEAT IS BANNABLE NO CHANCE OF BEING UNBANNED. Action: Perm Ban~If it was your brother or friend who used a cheat on your computer or internet connection then you are still at fault for the ban and will not be unbanned.Accidently installing hacks will also not get you unbanned.
- Modifications of GTA:SA- Modifications are not allowed on the server no matter what it does, if you are seen with one then you are going to be banned. Modifications can crash other players in the server, or the server itself. Action: Perm Ban as these can have a really bad effect on the server, no chance of a unban
Indoor rules / Property rules
- Fighting in BANK and AMMUNATION - This is a big NO NO, this is a DM server we know, but fighting in BANK and AMMUNATION is not allowed, and depending on how the admin is feeling can either warn you or ban you Action: KICK If ignored TEMP BAN if repeated PERM BAN - This varies from admin to admin, as there are already warnings which show up every few mins in blue we hold the right to ban you for fighting inside
- Camping - This is where someone stands outside of the building in question waiting to shoot someone who comes out (also known as door camping). This is not allowed anywhere in the server. Action: Remote kill Warning If Warning ignored Banned
Misc Rules
- Spawn Camping - The only place spawn camping is allowed is the police station due to the high number of people spawning you have a chance to get out. Anywhere else on the map is not allowed. Action: Warning/Kick - Though it is allowed in police spawn, over the top camping (just sitting in there for 1 hour killing without leaving or just coming str8 back will result in a temp ban
- Reporting - This is really the only thing admins will respond to when it comes to people cheating/fighting the reason? Well it means that the person in question doesnt know we are going to check them out meaning they dont have time to turn off their hacks. But SPAMMING the report function is NOT allowed. Action: Warning / ban - Also fake reports or ones to be funny or just insulting will result in a ban no matter who you are
- Spamming - This is a big NO NO, anyone seen spamming will be banned on the spot no questions asked. Action: Ban
- Pausing - Pausing is NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND WILL MOST LIKELY RESULT IN AT LEAST A DAY BAN - especially on the ship. Pausing on this ship is considered to be money cheating.: Action: Remote kill & warning if this is done on the ship, reg players who know the rules may face a instant ban. This is due to the fact that people who play on LW's alot should know the rules and not abuse them
We have had a few complaints about this rule as some admins ban on sight for this, you must understand that pausing looks alot like cheating if you do it mid fight (this is not a excuse for people who have been banned for health hack to jump in and say "oh I was paused".
If you are banned for this, do not start ranting and raving, its not our fault you decided to break a rule, rules are here to be followed not to be broken. If you are banned for it please goto irc or post in the ban section, any complaints about these bans will be ignored as its NOT THE ADMINS FAULT - Abusing Admins - We give up our free time to help YOU out, if a admin kills you they are either playing or checking a report so in the end dont insult us, we only give as good as we get. Insulting admins does include saying anything from "The admins suck" to "Admin is a total dickhead" Action: Kick/Ban
- Admin spawn - This is our spawn point on top of Caligulas. It has Hydras and Hunters that are ADMIN ONLY so leave it alone as it will count as spawn camping and we will hurt you alot. Action: You will die alot or randomly get dropped off the roof
- Advertising - This is a offical server so please do not use it to advertise your own server. Action: Kick/Ban
- Usage of Mobile App - Playing with mobile app is not allowed. Action: Ban

Please Note: All attempt has been made to write down as many set rules as possible above. However, these are not an absolute and final set of rules. New rules may be added, some rules may be changed, and they may not all be updated constantly in this thread. Any warnings given by admins via either IRC or in-game commands override any set rules above and must be followed. The admins decision is final. All rules are subject to personal interpretation by the individual admin.
