Yep, Its worth downloading and having a look,
there's about 4000 servers and almost 20,000 players at the moment,
 
Not sure how many different game modes or what some of them are even :)

What kind of instructions do you need? Just install MTA, launch it, and connect to 37.187.242.161 port 22003 to join.
