That could be "burst" which you get in specialshop.

I'll test it later and see if it works that way.

EDIT: Seems like it's "burst" you can get it in specialshop. It will make you jump extra long when you press the sprint key while in air.

And I know he got a high packetloss, so burst combined with packetloss will do that.
