Title: [1.1]Admin System

Since i like to script with PAWN i decided to make a admin script (by following tutorials) It's very simple it has only 2 commands!

Commands
It have 2 commands, like /kick and /ban
USAGE KICK: /kick ID REASON
USAGE BAN: /ban ID REASON

oke joke, thats hard lol.
admin scripts are useless, if you open samp forums you'll see powerful admin scripts, start making a unique gamemode based on a unique idea, which isn't copycat of another server.
