Currently, official vc-mp updater url doesn't work as it should and if you try to connect without having 04rel006 installed it will give the error "Version used by server is not installed and not publicly available"
In order to fix this, download the latest 04rel006 here: https://littlewhiteys.com/vcmp/5FE83BB4.zip
Go to C:\Users\-User Name-\AppData\Local\Vice City Multiplayer and copy paste the 04rel006 folder in the zip you have installed.
