It takes 10 seconds to set as afk, which is ok, but when coming back from afk it also takes 10 seconds to prevent abuse, it should be at most 3 seconds, we can't abuse something while we are afk.

i believe it is there in order to prevent players fast travelling to their spawn point by using /afk twice
