CHEATER REPORTS (JUST CHEATERS! Not rulebreakers)

This thread should be used to report cheaters if theres no admins ingame. But remember to only report cheaters if you have a proof as reports without a proof will be ignored.
Rules:
[*]This is for cheating reports only, do not report people breaking other rules here
[*]All pictures must be thumbnailed.
[*]Your reports MUST contain a proof.
[*]Fraps is your friend.

Example of a proper report:
