This challenge therefor is invalid. No changes to the CGC rank list are made.

Does explicit reference exist? Any clan forum announcements?

Either way, the tags were active at the last activity check date, and unless they request a removal they'll be removed after being inactive for one year.
There's also no problem challenging them, if they are really inactive, they won't be able to respond to the challenge and will automatically loose their rank after one week.

Question: What happens if this challenge fails for some reason like I fail to gather my nubs after one week?

If you fail to do so, Joker will advance to rank 1, and B will take rank 2.

As of now according to the rules, JOKER should post a suggestion for a date and a minimum 4 hour time range.
If not, the challenge will be lost in favour of the Brainless.

I'm only available as referee on weekends, so if you don't find another admin to take that job you'll be bound to either do it on the third or the following weekends, but time and date must be set by the end of saturday.

According to the rules, the Brainless shall suggest a date and time range now, due to not agreeing to joker's first suggestion.
