Robbing bank in payday? Easy!

So uh basically I was playing Payday 2 with a friend of mine today.
We wanted a rob a bank, and it was me, him and another 2 guys in the lobby.
One of those 2 guys had a brilliant idea, a great plan that we should follow in order to rob the bank and stay undetected.
He didn't want to use the chat to explain us, so he drew it right there:
