Nothing justifies a player flaming another one or her/his family. LW is a serious server and the report is here.

That's indeed unacceptable. We are going to talk to him and take action if necessary so this does not happen again.
I have seen the whole thing some minutes after it happened, from irc and from the server logs later on. What Koka did is bad, although you have been provoking him and other people as well in the chat for long lasting minutes. This of course doesn't justify what he did, but I don't think the lecture about behavior belongs to this context. The kind of thing that makes someone wonder if what happened isn't premeditated, which kills the whole purpose of that questionable cynicism.
