Since there is no SA-MP Reports section on this forums (  :o ), and there were no admins in game, I decided to record the guy and post him on here. So this kimochi guy was attacking me whole afternoon with his friend [MM]Trunks who wasn't breaking the rules, but kimochi was constantly doing 2 shots on me and even he knows it's forbidden. I reported him over the /report commands but admins probably weren't on the IRC. So here is the video.

There's actually a topic dedicated for reporting cheaters - http://littlewhiteys.com/index.php/topic,1436.0.html As for rule breakers, it goes with the old manner as reporting or pm'ing to an admin directly.

And as for your report here, it's very clear that the player was 2 shooting and his nickname used ingame is kimochi. He's fairly an old regular player and knows the server rules very well. We will warn him next time we see him ingame or via the forum. You can report any further rule breakers by sending evidence to a staff member in personal message.
