Guys I think there is a problem with my Windows 7 64 BIT OS.
Whenever I click a program, I'd expect it to launch, like I click SA:MP and it should launch. But it didn't! Almost every program in my computer is not launching,Steam isn't, SAMP isn't, Firefox isn't! I am posting this Via Internet Explorer.I don't know why that is working. I don't have any System Restore Point, I cannot uninstall programs,Tried Startup Repair, Memory Diagnostic, No luck. Please post a solution here! I want to get back playing Unturned and SA:MP! :(
Edit: It seems to run Windows programs correctly..

do u get any error messages when launching a program?
does the program start running, but instantly stops afterwards?
do u have anti-virus ( including windows security essentials )?
did u download anything recently?

Yes, all my apps is kinda working now because I am reinstalling them. But what is the core of this problem? Registry? Host processes?

Sorry for the bump, but most of my apps are crashing now, after every restart it gets worse and serious.
Should I reinstall the OS?

Put all your important data on one external stick/drive,
afterwards delete everything in your user folder (not only libraries/documents, delete c:/your username completely)
get an install media for windows (stick, cd, etc),
boot from that^ and install new windows while formatting all partitions and wiping the disks clean,
first thing on the fresh system install Malwarebytes (https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download/thankyou/), (if you're lucky they still got that free trial premium offer - activate it), do a full scan.
Use it to scan your data backup stick/drive - before accessing it! (Turn off Window's autorun for external medias before connecting it)
If all goes as planned restore your backup and reinstall your programs.
If you still have the same problems after that procedure, throw your PC and every peripheral with a controller chip in the trash and change all your passwords using your phone's browser.
