How can I take screenshots in-game ?
And how can I record videos ?

You can try Bandicam (https://www.bandicam.com/downloads/) for both the purposes.

And press F8 to take a screenshot ingame.

I personally suggest Fraps (http://www.fraps.com/download.php) for recording. This program also leaves option to take screenshots while recording/in the game.

I used fraps before but now I use bandicam, its better because its saving up to 10 min of video (instead 30 sec of fraps) and screenshots are jpg not bmp as in fraps. (both free version)
