If a player wants to see their fps is getting low while playing in server they can simply write the cmd "/fps".

I'm afraid won't happen bro cause I know there is no 'Show FPS' option in Vice City settings. I don't know can admins add it. Let's assume FPS is added but where will it stay after we wrote /fps command, where will it seem itself? But some games have such an option. For example : Chicken Invaders : Thanksgiving Edition(FPS is top right in the picture however doesn't seem. Open in new tab)
You have to run Bandicam or GeForce Experience etc. Bandicam shows FPS
