Title: !flip command

Sometimes with an accident car flips and since it is vice city in most cases we cant turn and it starts to burn after a few seconds my suggestion is making a !flip command to flip the car similiar to !fix command because it is a headache to go car spawn location and get new one over and over again what do you think?
