Title: Suggestion - Add Shamal plane[MVL]

Soo we have 3 planes mods in total, 2 of them originally came from GTA 3 & GTA:SA, So I thought that it would've been a good idea to have Shamal added, What is your thoughts on this, People?

Nah i don't think we're gonna need another plane besides i would recommend having turismo for 2m instead :thinks:
