Ok guys, I'm scrapping the most wins idea because that will be unfair. So I think the best idea will be a ladder stage where you have to fight guy above you and win, then you will take his place and you keep doing this to see how high you can get. OR the SECOND idea is a group stage, where there are SIX groups of FIVE people and after fighting each other the TOP TWO will go through to next round.

U can do ur fights on whatever server u want.
EDIT:Wait what,if ping limit will be 200,then players with higher ping,will they be kicked out of tournament,or that rule will be after we finish group fights?

Rules:
*Votes have been counted and verified, the ping limit is 200.
*You must fight with sawnoff and uzi/tech, no deagle or other weapons allowed!
*You can fight in any server which is suitable for both players.

Get voting guys.

1) Ladder is where you have to fight guy above you, if you lose you stay in your position in ladder, if you win you go up and take place of loser and he will come down to your place. This will go on till the Ladder is not changing a lot and we  can then determine the Top 10 as it will be in order.
2) Group stages is where there are 5 groups of 6 people, the top two go through to next round and thus until there is a winner.
3)Most Wins is where you fight every one until and we will find out who has most wins at end.
4)Most kills is also where you fight everyone and the person with the most kills at end will be determined winner and rest put in order.
