My failure is that I began a clan just when i started to become inactive. Obviously, nobody is going to join a dead clan. I started to play again the last week, and I asked a lot of people to join the clan, but nobody did. I should have found some people before. Starting a new clan, would mean a lot of time spent: join a lot of servers and convince ppl to aply, train with them, be active in the forums and the game, think about ways to promote the clan, etc... That means I should spend more than 3 hours diary to make the clan grow, instead of playing. I don't have that time, so... I'll close it for now.

Good players will not join a clan with 1 or 2 members. Dominator joined at first, but we both became inactive.
My honest opinion shizalk, is that if you start a clan you start it with a few members. If you don't, then well chances are nobody will apply. This is with all do respect to you but it's what I think.
You are so right, at first I thought there wasn't any difference betwen starting [uK] with members and getting them after.
dont give up man, take some new people and teach them some skillz like i did some time ago...
I tried it, but most of them want to join better and bigger clans, altough they are newbies and they could be two-shot killed.
Just persevere, you may have to recruit a randomer and train him
I know Shade, but most of them are assholes, those typical players who you don't want to kill but they shoot you when you turn around.
