Sunday's sounds ok for me. I think I can get atleast 3 joker's, s3rs being one, me another, and prob SKY. I'll try to get in contact with everyone as soon as I can.

what about the time mate ? the time i listed out are fine ? or u want different ? cause it might be hard for my clan members to come at an otherwise time.

About the time, I still need to get contact with one or more players, and discuss with them. I'll post our time preference when I actually know. I'll try to get it as close to yours as I can.

yes, tho leaving the turf might not be a good idea. And, running inside during a fight is considered lame. So refill when u get a change.

yes it is considered lame , but u should have a rule to allow/disallow it

If you are able to go (for example) in north ammunation to refill, you can come back on the turf if you succeed. This will cause the war for the turf to take a whole lot longer.
But yeah you can disallow it, but I think you can prevent it by not doing it yourself. The opposing clan might adapt.

I'd say, finish the fight and if you're alive -> refill.

seems fair , but disallow it during a fight , for eg a low hp player cant run inside

mmh imho this could cause a bit of confusion for refrees...
I suggest either to allow refilling at anytime, or disallow it totally, so that there can't be any doubt about possible abuse/rulebreak

Well, as Bikerr already said: Refilling is allowed.
Considering there is no written rule yet we will add it as soon as possible.
You should always keep in mind that you will respawn with armour when dying.
Both options (refilling and dying) temporary remove a player from the turf.
refilling is only worth if you are able to complete it in a shorter time than it would take you from the spawn to the turf.
The first thing to consider into your strategic thoughts is that in contrast to normal clan wars the victory is here not at all dependent on the number of deaths, but only on the number of alive members inside the turf.

Refilling is allowed, of course, but some already mentioned, it might be a big mistake to leave the turf (entering an interior moves you to another int, so it equals leaving the turf). However, remember that CGC is one thing, another is the Guardian Rating. Running to interiors etc. is considered lame and (I think) the Guardians will remember about it in their assessments ;)

awwa 7-9GMT would be 00:30-02:30 for us. but since im not playing i'll let epic handle this.. timezone might cause a lot of troubles

just to be clear for everyone else , this is a clan war yes but its different one meaning its for ranks. This does not mean that its a 1 vs 1 clan war that you normally would do by applying on clan forums.

guys there is a minor problem with the timezones , not all of us can make it then , in reality only I and maybe one more guy can come , it will be ideal if it us 3 hours earlier for us

CGC for today is cancelled, both clans struggled to get enough players, so we both decided it's best to reschedule to upcomming wednesday, the 24th. Time will be between 8:30AM - 4:00PM GMT+0.
I've told my clan members to pick a time between that range before tomorrow evening. If u can get your ideal time then aswell, we can put a final time tomorrow evening.

man i was really thinking , that it would happen this Wednesday , cause i am going to be out of town from friday onwards , but that is not what can stop the CW from happening , we have other members willing to participate. but the main problem is the time , 9PMGMT , is like 2AM in the night for us , and most of use are asleep at that time.
that time is a no go for us , Time suggested 6:30pmGMT , can be thought over , if JOKER agrees , i will ask my clan that time , mostly on a SATURDAY that time will be fine .
