Title: Littlewhiteys v 2.9.4 Changes

LW v2.9.4

The following changes have been posted here. If any other changes occur within this version, this post will be updated.

Deathmatch
 Players will now earn money for every kill and it will be directly deposited in their bank and gang bank accounts.
 Players will now spawn with half armor, 230 rounds of AK47 and 25 rounds of Sniper Rifle by default.
 AK47 will deal more damage than the M4. Do you prefer more damage(AK47) or accuracy(M4)?

Properties
 The maximum properties a player can purchase at a time is 5.
 If a player owns properties and goes AFK for 5 minutes, all their properties will be sold.
 Property earnings will now be directly deposited to the player's bank! (No need to hide in the bank anymore). However, if you sell your properties by leaving and rejoining, you will lose 1/2 of all money in properties.

Gangs
 The amount earned for taking another gang's turf has increased.
 When a gang loses a turf, a percentage of the money that the enemy gang won for the turf will be subtracted from loser's gang bank account.

Spawn Weapons
 The base price for purchasing spawn weapons has decreased. However, for every spawn, a small fee will be deducted from the player's bank or gang bank account relevant to the amount of spawn weapons purchased.
 If the gang bank account is negative or 0 or if the player isn't in a gang, it will deduct from their personal bank.

Bank Limits
 The bank limits have been increased!($5,000,000 for regulars, $10,000,000 for donators, $10,000,000 for gangs)

Special Shop
 The new special shop is located at the Emerald Isle entrance. New items are available as well as old favorites have returned.


Death Explosion - A single explosion on the player as they die.**
Death Explosion 2.0 - 4 explosions with each being north, south, east and west from the player.**
Death Explosion 3.0 - A ring of explosions with the dead player being at the center.**
HOP HOP HOP!!! - Allows you to jump in the air with your vehicle.
Spawn Armor - Allows the player to spawn with armor.*
Hidden Blip - Hides the player's blip on the minimap.*
Hidden Nametag - Hides the player's nametag(name, health and armor).*
High Jump - Allows the player to jump higher to access hard to reach areas.*
Spawn Chainsaw - Player spawns with a chainsaw.*
Burst - Gives the player a burst of speed(while jumping or in mid-air only) by pressing the sprint key.*

* = Cash will be deducted for each use.
* = Disabled during a duel

Score Streaks
90% of the Scorestreak script was remade and modified to handle more scorestreaks and give the players the freedom to choose 3 scorestreaks instead of everyone having the same constant streaks.
Streaks will end if the player dies, goes inside an interior or time runs out.
However, if they earned a scorestreak, it will be saved until they use it. That means even after they die, it will still be available as long as they didn't use it.


How to gather points:
Killer  |  Victim
No scorestreak | No scorestreak --> (100 points)
No scorestreak | Scorestreak --> (200 points)
Scorestreak | No scorestreak --> (25 points)
Scorestreak | Scorestreak --> (150 points)
Race: (250 1st, 200 2nd, 150 3rd)
Properties: (25 per payment)

Once they earn one or more streaks, a menu can be brought up by pressing the Y key.

Streak Weapons (Players can ONLY choose 3 streaks)
Zipline Deagle - Modifies your Desert Eagle to teleport the player to where their bullet made contact.*
SMG Full Metal Jacket - Modifed SMG that deals more damage to the enemy and pierces through armor.*
Combat Shotgun Explosive Shells - Modifed Combat Shotgun with bullets that explode on impact. Bullet damage pierces through armor but the explosions do not.*
.50 Caliber Sniper Rifle - Instant kill from the waist and up. Deals more damage than normal if shot in the legs and pierces through armor.*
Explosive Sawn-offs - Self explained. Similar to the Combat Shotgun only it does NOT pierce through armor and no headshots.
Sonic Blade - Pump Shotgun will dictate a vector of explosions with a fixed length as the player travels and teleports to the end of the vector.**
Hydra - Spawns a Hydra.
Hunter - Spawns a Hunter.
Noxious Haze - A toxic haze is placed in the coordinates where this is activated poisoning and slaughtering everyone within a fixed radius; except the player who activated this. Poison can be healed by staying away from the area for 10 seconds. Running into interiors while poisoned does not help.


* = Headshots will be an instant kill.
* = Caution: You can end up stuck inside buildings. Admins are NOT obligated to teleport you out. Use at your own risk.
* = Vector will only be in the xy-plane and will NOT travel up or down from the origin point.


Green Bar = First Streak
Blue Bar = Second Streak
Purple Bar = Final Streak

Points Required (Players can ONLY choose 3 streaks)
Zipline Deagle ( 400 )

Combat Shotgun Explosive Shells ( 900 )
.50 Caliber Sniper Rifle ( 1100 )
Explosive Sawn-offs ( 1400 )

NOTE: All streaks will expire in approximately 1 minute after activation.

Races

Bug Fixes
NOTE: We cannot be 100% sure that these bugs are fixed. Post below to let us know if any of these bugs still persist or another similar bug arose.

AK and Scorestreaks should not be effective in the duel arena anymore.
Property money is now protected if the player crashed.

The purple bar represents the player is progressing towards .50 Cal. Sniper (1700 points)

Wow, these changes are incredible; some really groundbreaking concepts here. Personally, I'm excited to test out that death explosion v3.0. The original death explosion never quite suited my skydiving suicide bomb attacks. With the added security of several more explosions, I'm almost guaranteed a kill.

Because they're scorestreaks. They've always been that way. Scorestreaks haven't changed.

AK used to deal same damage as M4, since M4 has much more better accuracy while AK has less accuracy so AK is dealing more damage. Choose between accuracy and power.

Imo thats the beauty of san andreas - all weapons are different, but now we just upgrade the lower weapons. I dont see why is it a good thing to change the original gameplay

Imo thats the beauty of san andreas - all weapons are different, but now we just upgrade the lower weapons. I dont see why is it a good thing to change the original gameplay
Cause its better than original and more fun, or else whats the point of buying ak 47 ? it will be a dead weapon

1. The country rifle example - not sure if you are being arrogant or just dumb. See your previous post - u say modifying one weapon damage is fun and otherway its a dead weapon. Exactly the situation with country rifle

2. M4 isnt dead yet but what happens when ppl realise u have no chance with m4 against new ak47 damage? Dont have to be einstein to figure out

3.ive never stopped an admin doing his job, just because my opinion doesnt coincide with someone, doesnt mean i cant express myself

Doesnt work or is bugged. Bank is full and showing message "$xxx was deposited to your bank account"
Bank balance is still 5M, pocket money still same

I bought 5 properties and after 5 mins i was timed out and when i came back i got my half money back so i was really upset and an idea came into my mind that there should be a system like if you crashed or timed out and rejoined the server within 5 mins you will get two options:
1=Sell my props for half price
2=keep my props
So you wont lose your money if u crashed or timed out because you can still have your props (if u rejoined within 5 mins but if u joined after 10 or 15 mins you will lose your all money) and if somebody did relog to sell his/her props he/she cant get full money back because you can only sell them for half price so better go and sell them one by one and if you had a crash or timeout and you dont want to sell your props you can simply keep them.

Maybe 5% buggy but other 95% is awesome changes. Are you serious ? He at least thinking about the server and putting some time to do these work, so staying without giving a shit is better ? SAMP is full of bug they made a game with many bugs but it's normal because these are online games, no online game has 0 bugs

Bugs can always arise, it's nearly impossible to avoid them completely: indeed as Captain said, even the original Gta game was released full of bugs, so why couldn't it happen to someone who is doing a good job just out of passion and for free?

I bought properties for 25m, timedout and got 12.5m, timedout again while I didn't have props or shit just 12.5m in hands and when I logged back I had 6.25m, again and all monies turned to 3m.. I didn't have props after I timedout first time, my money kept getting to half everytime I timeout.

refund my money or i'll report to the police. :(

New updates already warned about Losing half of the money When you /q to re-log, or timeout / crash. It's not server's fault, it's your internet's fault.

The reason i posted this same happened to me
Properties
 However, if you sell your properties by leaving and rejoining, you will lose 1/2 of all money in properties.

I bought 5 properties and after 5 mins i was timed out and when i came back i got my half money back so i was really upset and an idea came into my mind that there should be a system like if you crashed or timed out and rejoined the server within 5 mins you will get two options:
1=Sell my props for half price
2=keep my props
So you wont lose your money if u crashed or timed out because you can still have your props (if u rejoined within 5 mins but if u joined after 10 or 15 mins you will lose your all money) and if somebody did relog to sell his/her props he/she cant get full money back because you can only sell them for half price so better go and sell them one by one and if you had a crash or timeout and you dont want to sell your props you can simply keep them.

90% of the Scorestreak script was remade and modified to handle more scorestreaks and give the players the freedom to choose 3 scorestreaks instead of everyone having the same constant streaks.
Streaks will end if the player dies, goes inside an interior or time runs out.
However, if they earned a scorestreak, it will be saved until they use it. That means even after they die, it will still be available as long as they didn't use it.


How to gather points:
Killer  |  Victim
No scorestreak | No scorestreak --> (100 points)
No scorestreak | Scorestreak --> (200 points)
Scorestreak | No scorestreak --> (25 points)
Scorestreak | Scorestreak --> (150 points)
Race: (250 1st, 200 2nd, 150 3rd)
Properties: (25 per payment)

Once they earn one or more streaks, a menu can be brought up by pressing the Y key.

Streak Weapons (Players can ONLY choose 3 streaks)
Zipline Deagle - Modifies your Desert Eagle to teleport the player to where their bullet made contact.*
SMG Full Metal Jacket - Modifed SMG that deals more damage to the enemy and pierces through armor.*
Combat Shotgun Explosive Shells - Modifed Combat Shotgun with bullets that explode on impact. Bullet damage pierces through armor but the explosions do not.*
.50 Caliber Sniper Rifle - Instant kill from the waist and up. Deals more damage than normal if shot in the legs and pierces through armor.*
Explosive Sawn-offs - Self explained. Similar to the Combat Shotgun only it does NOT pierce through armor and no headshots.

He knows it will ruin DM but he maybe  adding it with some cons also like detecting money per second or use only for 1 mins or maybe only fire 3 times etc so with this type of cons it wont ruin DM

Also you need 17 -19 kills with normal weapons, without any refills, to get one of them so getting a hydra/hunter is def not a walk in the park.

On this next update, it will show the number of points you currently have and the total points needed for that specific streak.
