After reviewing this internally I have came to the conclusion that no permaban will be handed here. However, no reduction in ban length will be given either as I trust Rajput's decision here.
Obviously you are free not to return to the server if you choose not to.

And two: believe me that Rajput Heartly hates me. He is doing ownage decisions against me.
He was always concussed me
He is always finding reasons to ban me,
When he did not find any other reason then he hits me a death evade reason
Bcz of my own accept using /kill command,
Bcz there is nobody who says that I have done death evade
management the truth is I did not do evade.
Rajput is taking it personally and taking revenge from me.

Just to be clear i was using tommy guy skin while he was at the yellow spawn which i decided to go straight and i remember it well, i was between the yellow spawn and the small shop when i was actually spraying you with m4 and you got damaged but a guy called ammara spaz killed when you were with low hp and about to die.

I did investigate this case, and I asked Pranski personally what actually happened at that scene and came to a conclusion that there was a bit of misunderstanding. I'll let you off this time, but take this as a warning to look twice around you if there is any player out there trying to hunt you or if you're involved in combat that you shouldn't use the /kill command.
