Don't ridicule him, it's an ambition that almost every player has, to be the part of the staff of a very much popular server.

However small it is, but there certainly is a chance for you to get into the staff team. All you need is to help the players in need of help, show that you're worthy to be a part of the staff and activity plays a major role. All these are just from my POV to be a part of the staff team.

But for now, since you're new to the game and to the server, there's little to no chance at all for you to get inside the staff team.
This might seem harsh, but it is the very much brutal truth.

We choose our server admins based on a variety of factors and applying directly on the forum will subsequently ruin your chances of ever becoming an admin.

Firstly, you shouldn't be asking to become an admin. ( If you did it obviously forget about it forever )

The main purpose of choosing the admins to our staff team depends on many conditions:

1-Make an effort to promote a culture of teamwork and communication through actions on the server and through the creation of server rules which do likewise.
2-You should encourage a fair and friendly atmosphere when mediating interaction between players.
3-You should work to shape the server into a constructive environment for new players to learn in.
4-You have to be active in the game/forums.
5-OBEY the rules!

And after all, it all depends to the team to choose who can be seem to have the responsibility of joining the Admins Staff.
