Title: Trucking Missions

Coded by me; idea and truck depot by Qwerbeet.

There's now a new way to earn money on the server: trucking missions!

It's fairly simple. You find a truck, attach a trailer, and then press Y. You will be given a pickup location, marked by the truck symbol on the map. Once you drive your truck there, you will be given a dropoff location, also marked by the truck symbol. You will be paid upon successfully completing the dropoff.

We've also added a truck depot where you can find lots of trucks:

You can use any trucks / trailers that you find on the server; this is just a convenient place to find them if you want.

Currently payouts range from around $20,000 for very short missions to over $100,000 for long ones (where you traverse a lot of the map). The faster you complete the mission, the more money you will earn.

If at any point in the mission you lose your trailer (get too far from it, or it gets destroyed), you will fail the mission.

Exactly, even see noobs talking about "trucking" ingame yesterday. No idea how they found out about it, but whatever! :P

It's really easy. Just pick a truck from anywhere on the map and it shows the option to start a mission.

Post by: EnzoMortelli on January 24, 2015, 11:39:56 PM: I think 70k is the minimum although some of the 70k loads could be a bit longer on the pickup-to-dropoff part. Yet i didn't run into any troubles with the DM part during my tests and considering i earned more than 100k on some long yet easy to drive loads it's very easy money for my taste. Also not sure if i just didn't test long enough but i missed a dropoff point at Mt. Chiliad, because hauling up Chiliad is pretty much the Cirque de la Sarthe of SA-MP trucking imho.
