Hi, my suggestion is remove the feel under 20 hp , its too stupid and makes no sens ..

If what you are saying is true, LWs are now implementing some measures like the planned anti-piracy ones in vice city, to increase the number of donators. making non-donators having a bad experience on the server.
Just like how rockstar planned to implement such things to vice city sp if it is improperly cracked, like permanent rain and effects and ghost town.
but they just bought 2 days before the game was fully cracked. You may not know about these things mentioned above as it was discovered recently.

Agreed, make it fair to both donators and non-donators or remove it for both.
